Проработал в АТС 1 год и 2 месяца. Атмосфера действительно семейная, но заслуга эта полностью принадлежит коллективу.
А теперь о хорошем: сотрудников могут уволить в любой день без всяких отработок. Просто в пятницу вызывают на ковер, спасибо за работу, завтра можешь не выходить. За год таких случаев было несколько.
