I had a chance to work in Fareportal for three years. For sure, there is much room for improvement of the internal processes and policies, but still, it was one of the best places I ever worked. And the main reason for that is the people. Everyone is very supportive, and collaboration is great. The management does know what is “serving leadership” and doesn’t hesitate to use it.
The company uses the Objective Key Results approach for planning goals and the Spotify model, which is an excellent opportunity for everyone to understand main business decisions and take ownership of the products which are related to the specific team.
The main cons: Sometimes, the company is not ready to incorporate best practices and technologies; the carrier path is tough; the company doesn’t invest much in the professional development of the employees.
