Працюю в компанії вже близько е двох років. Цікавий і, головне, суспільно-корисний проект, дружня команда і багато можливостей — це про Faria.
Найкраще в компанії — це її продукт. Всі працівники мають чітке бачення цілей і завдань, кожен добре виконує свою роботу. Працьовитість і відданість завжди цінуються. Компанія завжди інвестує в професійний і особистий розвиток кожного з працівників. У кожного є план професійного росту що включає відвідування різних конференцій, майстеркласів, завершення курсів і т.д. Це саме те місце, де можна вдосконалити свої навички, а також рости в професійному плані. Люди в компанії не лише розумні та креативні, а також активні, комунікабельні та цікаві особистості. Мені подобається команда, працювати з ними і постійно вчитись чомусь новому. Крім того, відповідь менеджменту на ситуацією з COVID-19 та турбота про працівників в час карантину заслуговує поваги, я це справді ціную.
Щодо мінусів, то варто було б ще попрацювати над системою комунікації між командами. Є моменти, які можна удосконалити.
