Перший раз одразу отримала відповідь, що на той час не було вакансій (я просто знайшла мейл HR в інтернеті і надіслал резюме).
Вдруге, після найменш стресової співбесіди з мого досвіду, отримала офер.
Працюю в компанії майже 2 роки, починала з QA, зараз Project Lead. Ніколи не буває нудно, завдання цікаві і вимагають постійного навчання. Можу з впевненістю казати, що в команії надають можливасть професійного росту, дослухаються до пропозицій працівників щодо зміни процесів.
Тісно співпрацюємо з командами з інших країн, тому англійську ніяк не забудеш. Компанія швидко росте, проте керівництво старається підлаштовуватись до змін, щоб не втратити комфорт і дружню атмосферу.

Scout Gaming is designing and developing the future of online Fantasy Sports.
Scout Gaming is a Scandinavian IT company with offices in Norway (Bergen), Ukraine (Lviv), Sweden (Stockholm), Malta (Valetta). Both Bergen and Lviv are tech teams responsible for delivering the best design, engineering, testing and sports statistic experience for our Clients. Mostly, we work with Media companies, Sports Federations. Our main clients are Betsson group, Comeon!, Bethard group, Luckia, StarPick, NRK, Norsk Tipping, Optibet, CMore, PAF, CFL.cz, Go Fantasy.
Our own brand is called Fanteam www.fanteam.com which is a display model of our product. You can try to participate in some tournaments to get the idea of fantasy sports.
So, what is Fantasy Sport? It is a game based on real sports events (it can be any team-based sport). In a fantasy game, you are the manager to create a team of your dream. You are given a virtual budget you can use, and the real players for all relevant teams are given a virtual price. It is your task to pick the best fantasy team that you can afford by buying players from any of the real teams.
While the real games are happening your team is given fantasy points based on what your players do in the real world. These fantasy points make up for whether your team is winning or losing.

Our company was established in Bergen, Norway in 2010 with the name: Global IT Development AS. Lviv branch office was opened in 2014. In 2016 we merged with Scout Gaming Group company and changed our name to Scout Gaming Tech AS.
Currently, the Lviv team is 53 employees and we are growing swiftly. We describe our team as passionate and committed professionals.
