iDalko (idalko.com) is a consultancy company 100% dedicated to the Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket.

As a services company, we are heavily involved in the day to day operations of our customers, helping them to use these Atlassian tools as good as possible.
The Atlassian tools cover perfectly what is required, although there are some occasions where additional customizations are required to cover the specific needs.
They turn to us to create Atlassian add-ons.

Atlassian’s eco system is large. They continuously support the open source and Java world, and incorporate the latest technologies in their products. Being rooted in the open source world, Atlassian’s products are very open and pretty easy to extend with new functionalities, by building add-ons and such.
Check out in marketplace.atlassian.com the Table Grid Editor, the Full Screen Dialogs, the Pivot Gadget and Exalate.
All these add-ons are commercially available and have over 600 customers such as Dow Jones, Verizon, Disney, Apple etc., who provide us the means to further evolve their quality and functionality.

We consider ourselves agile. We believe very strongly that quality software can only be developed if the whole team ’lives the product’. We expect that each of us is fully involved in ensuring that the product meets the highest quality standards. We want to be proud of the work we have been delivering. Also we believe that you can’t create a product without continuously validating when something changes. Test automation is required for every aspect of the product. Last but not least — communication and sharing is essential to identify problems in the code, the functionalities, the specifications.
To ensure we are working along these 3 axes we have a pretty formal development and release process. We are using JIRA, and GIT as development backbone — Bamboo for continuous integration.

On training — we demand people to follow training by reading books, attending seminars and courses. We’ll invest in your skills, but require in exchange that you teach your colleagues what you have been learning and consider how it can be used in our products.

I was working in Idalko company as Java Software Engineer in 2016-2017.
It’s great company with interesting projects, smart people and really amazing friendly atmosphere.
This company provided me brilliant opportunities to improve myself as Full Stack Developer as there were a lot of tasks to do also with Reactjs components besides Java and Scala on backend side.
Of course, as this company is Atlassian Platinum Partner, I’ve studied a lot about the Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
Also this company allows you to improve your English level because of everyday standups in English with international team + frequent communication with customers and weekly demos between teams to know all products of the company better.
CEO of the company is very smart and interesting person. He really cares about growth of knowledges of each employee and invests into their skills. Idalko encourages people to follow training by reading books, attending seminars and courses.
Also there are huge amount of extremely interesting and amazing team buildings in the company.
Idalko really cares about each employee and helps everybody to become an expert.
I’m proud that I had such an opportunity to work in Idalko family. This company has taught me a lot.
Working in Idalko is really enjoyable.
