One of the most important components of a great job is the work environment, and this is where IT Svit shines once more. Our big, cozy and sunlit office is situated on one of the top floors of the office building between the 23 Serpnya and the Botanichny Sad subway stations, in the IT heart of Kharkiv. Our HR and office management team make everything they can to turn this office into our second home — and they are pretty good at it!

Хочу также оставить отзыв о своем опыте работы в IT Svit. Работал 9 месяцев на должности Junior Project Manager. Вынужден был уйти по личным причинам!

Современный и уютный офис. Очень удобное расположение, 5-10 мин от м. Ботанический сад.

Руководство вкладывает много стараний и труда в комфорт и условия работы каждого сотрудника. Огромное внимание уделяется играм, бонусам, подаркам, постоянные вкусняшки на кухне. Тим билдинг и корпоративная культура на высоком уровне). Коллектив — одна большая семья, поэтому IT Svit можно считать семейной компанией со своими традициями). На кухне всегда можно было с кем-то завести беседы на различные темы).

Здесь нет бюрократии, нет навязчивого контроля, все просто и понятно! Если нужно отпроситься, достаточно просто поставить в известность HR, согласовал и потом отработал в любое удобное время. Отпуск — сколько положено по законодательству, подводных камней нет! Никаких задержек по зарплате не было, всё чётко и своевременно.

В общем, очень рекомендую! 👍
