Хочу и я написать свой отзыв.
Работаю в LetyShops на позиции Product Analyst уже более полугода. Начну с самого начала: в самом разгаре, когда я искал работу и проходил разные собеседования/тестовые задания, Lety сразу выделились на общем фоне — впечатлил довольно сильный состав специалистов в отделе аналитики и то тестовое задание, которое мне было предложено выполнить. Компания ориентирована на Data Driven подход, что, увы, сейчас редкость даже для крупных и известных компаний. Помимо всего, зацепило то, что есть потенциал для развития как специалиста — используется самый актуальный и прогрессивный стек технологий для аналитики (а если хочешь ещё больше технических знаний и практики — не проблема); большое кол-во литературы, возможность обучаться, посещать конференции/курсы и т.п. лишь тому в подтверждение. Меня, например, привлекает возможность развиваться в Data Science и компания также смотрит в эту сторону.
Касательно рабочих процессов. Всё открыто и прозрачно, нет над головой «дяди с батогом», т.к. в Lety доверяют сотрудникам в плане принятия решений и организации своего рабочего времени.
Офис. Два офиса в Киеве и Виннице и оба просторные, есть всё самое необходимое для комфортной работы и даже намного больше.
Отдельного внимания заслуживает коллектив и люди в целом — это одна большая семья, с которой ты одной волне. Конечно, бывают недоразумения и разные нюансы, но как же без них? :)
В целом — я рад, что стал частью Lety!
