Если у вас такое "отношения" к кандидатам, тогда, что уж тут говорить о компании в целом. После того, как проходишь собеседование в случае отрицательного ответа, тебе просто ничего не скажут. Вот так вот. Советую вообще сюда не подаваться. И конечно же. Если вы хотите от кандидата больше, чем он знает, так просто не собеседуйтесь с ним и укажите все, что требуется в этой вакансии,.
