Мне нравится работать в компании, потому что я точно знаю, что меня ценят — это мотивирует :) Плюс отношения в команде очень тесные и это тоже помогает просыпаться утром и идти на работу не как на каторгу, а как туда, где ты на своем месте. Личное и профессиональное развитие тоже поддерживают, а для меня это важно, потому что всегда есть куда развиваться и становиться лучше — как в плане работы, так и в плане различных личных качеств (например, работа в команде) :) Короче, мне тут нравится :)
