— At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects and a track record of successfully completed projects
— At least 3 years experience in managing teams
— Upper-Intermediate English or higher
— Deep experience setting up and managing processes for a project/program from scratch
— Knowledge of industry standards and best practices pertaining to project management
— Possess proven experience in end-to-end project management of large-scale IT projects
— Knowledge and experience with Agile/Waterfall project management frameworks
— Ability to analyze, document, and effectively communicate business requirements and technical design
— Possess effective problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
— Excellent communication and people management skills
