IT Craft invites an active and ambitious person to our team, who wants to develop as HR Manager. A future teammate will participate in all HR activities in our company.
Responsibilities:
— Conduct one-on-one meetings;
— Maintain onboarding and offboarding processes;
— Take part in developing and creating solutions for team buildings, holiday celebrations;
— Support departments with their events and activities;
— Provide support to employees including answering questions, researching and resolving issues.
Skills and qualifications required:
— At least 1 year of working experience in the sphere closely connected to people’s communications;
— Сompleted HR courses as a must;
— Theoretical knowledge of key HR processes such as onboarding, conducting one-on-one meetings, exit interviews, welcome meetings, etc.;
— Knowledge of event management (real experience will be a plus);
— Great people skills;
— Basic understanding of psychology.
Will be a plus:
— Experience in Human Resources;
— At least pre-intermediate English.
