The distinctive business concept is oriented towards small and large companies within hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses as well as individual customers.

DataArt’s specialists built a product from scratch and continue to develop it. The product covers all kinds of functionality of a Supply Management System. Designer will help to support and enhance client’s accounting processes: automate existing practices to reduce scope of manual work and improve finance department users' experience. In this project, the designer will work directly with a product manager, assist them in finding best solutions and UI/UX improvements. Interaction with the end-users is one of the essential requirements to be able to create the best product for them.

The project uses modern Agile approaches to the product development process, such as Spotify Framework, Continuous Deployment, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in conducting interviews with clients, users, and potential target audiences
• Ability to create documents based on the information collected for further use
• Business Analyst mindset, ability to investigate complex calculation rules, reflect them in UI and explain logic to the development team
• Experience in working with the development team, communicating and discussing the ideas to them, supporting the team during the implementation
• Intrinsic motivation and enthusiasm for solving UX problems of varying complexity
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, mental maps, interaction scenarios, storyboards, etc.
• Skills with Sketch, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Abstract
• Knowledge of modern design trends
• Understanding of methodologies and design processes focused on user convenience
• Ability to work in a distributed team
• Ability to accept criticism
• A portfolio that demonstrates the above skills
• Good spoken and written English

Additional Competencies

• Experience in large products/marketplaces
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes and finances
• Knowledge of German
