Gismart continues to grow and develop. Now, we are looking for a new teammate to join the Discovery Team. And our newest colleague will help increase team performance and be in charge of the management and creation of UA creatives in game development (casual and hyper-casual games).
What will you do (not limited to these activities)
— Organizing marketing campaigns, сollecting information, analyzing data, creating reports, and analyzing the results of marketing research (assessing market capacity, market segmentation, analyzing competitors, target audience, SWOT analysis, etc.).
— Working with the creative department to create visual content for company advancement, partner with the creative team to test narratives.
— Analysis of competitors in the gamedev market.
— Keeping up with the latest trends and changes within the industry.
— „Сan do” attitude, multitasking, and critical thinking skills.
— Highly motivated to work in the game development field.
— Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, love collaboration.

— Previous project management experience.
