The HR Operations Manager, Ukraine contributes to GeoGuard’s success by providing general HR support to employees in the Ukraine office. This role will perform all HR administrative and operational responsibilities for that office. The HR Operations Manager will report to Senior HR Manager, Ukraine and HR Director and will work closely with the other team members in Canada and Vietnam. This role functions to execute policies, programs, and processes in line with our workplace culture and values.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in HR in the IT industry and good knowledge of best HR practices in this sphere. You like to create and support a positive professional atmosphere within the office teams; also you like to create structured documents and keep them updated; hold performance reviews, hold one to one meetings and resolve possible issues.
You have experience working in a middle or huge IT Company and you would like to work in an international product company. You are a fast learner, solutions-oriented and are able to work within agreed upon processes.
Skills and qualifications:
— 3+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist preferred
— Completion of training or post-secondary education in HR or business administration is an asset
— In-depth knowledge of Ukraine labor laws
— Ability to maintain confidentiality, build trust and use sound judgment
— Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people across different locations, cultures and levels within the company
— Good problem solving and conflict management skills
— Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
— Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Drive
— Process-oriented with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
— Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
— Experience working within the IT industry
— Intermediate written and spoken English enough to discuss issues with teams remotely
