• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision makers,evaluate candidates soft skills and find the best culture fit
• Constantly improving Playtech talent acquisition approaches and processes based on the received feedback
• Guiding and supporting other hiring team members at all of the recruitment stages, providing them with detailed candidate reports
