Infopulse welcomes specialists to join our project as AWS Data Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our AWS delivery team. This role is intended to design, develop and support AWS-based data lake and data warehouse solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, result-oriented professional with deep commitment to success to be part of our long-term delivery.

Areas of Responsibility

• Data engineering of AWS-based data lakes and data warehouse systems
• ETL design and development of data flows between on-premise and cloud systems and regular delta processing
• Design and implementation of backup strategy
• Performance optimization
• Troubleshooting critical incidents and problems
• Cooperation with DevOps team

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer/ETL developer
• Experience with the AWS platform
• ETL development experience in Big Data projects (RDBMS/non-RDBMS, on-premise/cloud)
• Strong knowledge of Apache Spark and PySpark (or Scala)
• Good knowledge of AWS Glue, AWS Step Functions and AWS Lambda
• Thorough understanding of relational database concepts and SQL
• English: Intermediate level and above

• Oracle PL/SQL
• Amazon Redshift
