Purpose of the job:

We are looking for a Talent Manager who has the ability to diagnose issues, then identify, influence the appropriate outcomes/solutions. The person in this role must be able to interact effectively with professionals at all levels. In this position you will partner with the various senior leaders (TL’s\Heads of divisions) along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and activities. Talent Manager will assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions:
  • Orientation program for new hires
  • Employees performance evaluation
  • Career development, promotion process
  • Employee retention, compensation and benefits
  • Maintain employee database
  • HR – related reporting and analysis
  • Participate in HR processes and procedures development and implementation
  • Perform the role of a trusted partner for a direct supervisor and peers

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

  • 2+ years work experience in an HR Generalist/HR Talent Manager role in IT including performance management, retention and onboarding
  • Strong employee relations and influencing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Experience working with: Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
  • Ability to manage workflow with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities
  • Ability to work both as a team member and independently to deliver results
  • Presentation skills
