- A Professional with 5+ years of practical experience as Project Manager
- Experienced in excellent planning and time management
- Possessing brilliant communication skills

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Project Management: PM Book and Agile development practices. Understanding the project progress/status at any time of the project execution
- Business Development: creating Account Development Plan, cross-sales, and ap-sales techniques, how to earn and keep the clients’ trust
- Pre-sales: solid understanding of pre-sales process, participation in discovery/workshops/analysis phases, creating proposals, presentations, SOW, etc
- Understanding Stakeholders landscape: stakeholders’ management, relations, dependencies, etc
- Finance: managing project finances. Performing finance optimization and trade-offs between project/account finance attributes
- Talents: staffing, on-boarding, people development, retention
- Monitor and Control practices: establishing a proper mechanism to control Unit Health across all accounts against the defined targets and KPIs
- Strategic thinking: long-term planning and focus on future outcomes
- Participation in the company and external initiatives: training, presentations, knowledge sharing sessions, coaching/mentoring experience
