1. Communication skills
a. Ability to realistically estimate tasks.
b. Basing communication transparency and awareness of all stakeholders.
c. Understanding business needs, business rules.
d. Conducting risk planning of the requirements that correspond to the stakeholders’ requests.
e. Prioritizing requirements that correspond to the stakeholders’ requests.
f. Eliciting requirements from the stakeholders.
g. Working on the BPI with the team and stakeholders.
h. Improving processes within the BA area.
i. Providing guidance to junior staff.
j. Improving team’s units.
2. Hard Skills
a. Ability to create and maintain documentation for different units, teams, stakeholders.
b. Creating and developing technical requirements in Jira/Confluence.
c. Facilitating meetings.
d. Conducting staff training/workshops/manuals.
e. Having advanced interviewing skills.
f. Understanding the bigger picture and having visualization skills.
g. Possessing knowledge of simulation test techniques.
h. Having experience with ISO standards and Six Sigma processes.
i. Having end-to-end data flow visualization skills.
