Requirements:
-Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Manager at least 1+ years;
-Knowledge of requirements lifecycle, business analysis techniques, requirements management tools;
-Knowledge of Software development Life Cycle and the Agile methodology (especially Scrum and Kanban);
-Knowledge of Business process modeling, prototyping, and diagramming tools (Miro, Draw io, etc);
-Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player;
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
-Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving;
-English upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
-Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements;
-Establishing and monitoring the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle;
-Facilitate and lead the requirements elicitation process;
-Manage product and project scope;
-Preparation artifacts, technical documentation;
-Perform presentations and demo to stakeholders;
-Communication with stakeholders.
