Отправила резюме на вакансию по дизайну. После оооочень короткого собеседования с HR по телефону, где мне практически ничего не рассказали о самой позиции, о бенефитах и о условиях труда, только проверили уровень английского, сразу попросили выполнить не оплачиваемое тестовое задание. По эстимейту — 4 часа, я согласилась. Приходит письмо с заданием, на минуточку, — редизайн корпоративного сайта. Я его выполнила, даже больше — сделала интерактивный прототип. В ответ только сказали, что вы нам не подходите. Никакого фидбека по заданию. Сложилось неприятное впечатление, что за счет доверчивых кандидатов выполняется какая-то часть работы (?)
