Я пришёл в компанию 2 года назад с целью сделать её прогрессивной в техническом плане и дружелюбной в ментальном. И здесь мне это удаётся! Здесь нет гор бюрократии, консерватизма и аргументов вроде — «ну исторически так сложилось», мы используем только современные инструменты и технологии, с которыми приятно работать на сегодняшний день. Никаких самописных фреймворков, «чудо» CMS’ок и прочих jQuery. Только Laravel, ReactJS/VueJS. Что также немаловажно — No Legacy 😀 Не брезгуем пользоваться третесторонними сервисами и инструментами, для улучшения рабочего процесса. Даже если они платные 🙂 здесь не нужно проходить 100500 подтверждений и доказывать очевидные вещи, мы всегда делаем выбор в сторону проверенного решения вместо написания своих велосипедов. Достаточно прийти с предложением и просто объяснить, чем это облегчит или улучшит нашу работу, если команда поддерживает, значит решение принято. Я всегда считал, что работа должна приносить удовольствие. Здесь мы стараемся делать так, что бы процесс разработки, был максимально приятным для всех его участников, а результат превосходил ожидания.
