Доброго времени суток всем, хочу написать о своем опыте прохождения собеседования в Wikr. Честно говоря я редко пишу отзывы но сейчас просто хочу поделиться своим опытом прохождения всех частей интервью, а их было три. Первое интервью у меня проходило с HR Ivanna Yarovaya по телефону. Честно ощущения были не обычные потому что не были какого-то допроса, был просто непринужденный разговор и это очень круто на самом деле, поэтому про Ивану могу точно сказать что этот человек просто крутой специалист. На второй этап(техническое собеседования) меня пригласили в офис куда я через пару дней и отправился. На нем присутствовали 2 технический специалиста и Ivanna. Интервью получилось просто отличное, так как ребята который задавали вопросы были реально скиловые и сами вопросы были очень интересные и необычные, то есть не какое то шаблонное интервью, плюс ко всему если я что-то не знал ребята рассказывали какую то информацию, а не просто говорили что мол потом почитаешь. Поэтому и второй етап пролетел на одном дыхании. Честно после второго этапа я не ожидал насколько быстрого ответа, я думал что буду неделю ждать какого то фидбека. Но через 2 или 3 дня меня уже пригласили на 3 и заключительный этап. На каком уже присутствовала Ivannа, разработчик Максим к которому я и должен попасть на проект + Илья(CTO). Честно может это прозвучит банально но это собеседования пролетело тоже на одном дыхании, вопросы были самые разные, не только технические. Поэтому хочу сказать большое спасибо всей команде Wikr за отличные собеседования, ребята вы настоящие профессионалы.
