— experience with similar to People Partner role duties and responsibilities;
— good understanding of a distributed team model;
— positive attitude, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making;
— not just an order taker and executor;
— person, who has a desire to drive changes, to drive projects to completion and is not afraid of manual and hard work;
— experience with conducting trainings would be a huge plus.
— provide full scope of HR service (excluding recruitment);
— contribute to the final decision on hiring;
— plan and set up the onboarding process;
— hold the regular meetings with consultants;
— identify the T&D needs;
— align business and individual goals (in collaboration with Team manager);
— handle the offboardings;
— compensation and Benefits Consultancy;
— policies & procedures consultancy;
— performance management process enablement and facilitation;
— facilitation of Team Buildings/celebrations for the assigned team;
— preparing workshops according to the training needs;
— serve as escalation point to the consultants;
— problems escalation;
— conflict resolution;
— promote the mentorship within the assigned team:
• help and assist Consultants on daily basis;
• promote the positive attitude;
• promote discipline and respect to working environment;
• promote corporate culture and values;
— initiate and own the Company-wide improvements: internal projects, ideas, events etc.;
— strategic and Operational HR Support.
