We are looking for a Senior Presale and Engagement Consultant to join our growing global team. Numerous ongoing and new projects — ranging from enterprise content solutions, mobile apps, data services to experience-driven enterprise e-commerce, user experience and marketing — all these is supported by our Presales and Engagement Team. Global opportunities to work with well-known brands, with different industry verticals: retail & luxury, financial, healthcare, travel & hospitality, automotive, media & entertainment.
The Ideal Candidate
— 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce
— 5+ years in PM, BA or any other Delivery activities
— Previous experience of requirements gathering, supporting of design and solution building done by Solution Architects, ability to replicate this in a commercial setting
— Practical experience in applying such technics as prioritization, mind mapping, functional decomposition, items tracking, risk management, estimation, decision analysis, etc.)
— Ability to read situations and people and react accordingly
— Ability to quickly change focus to meet deadlines and special report requests
— Upper-intermediate English (both written and verbal)
— Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
— Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly
— Ability to communicate equally effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
— Experience in Customer-facing communication
— Soft skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc.)
— Quick learner and ability to multi-task. Would be an advantage
— Any domain or IT experience in procurement, sourcing or sales contracting will be advantage
— Previous experience of Pre-Sales and Discovery stages
— Experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs.
— Experience with Magento, Salesforce, Sitecore products

The Role
As a Senior Presale and Engagement Consultant you will:
— be a valuable part of the team of Presales and Engagement and report to the Head of Presales and Engagement, hence you will get all the support and advise you need! The team is expanding, so we are looking not only for a professional but for a like-minded person
— work in close cooperation with all the stakeholders (PMs, DMs, Solution Architects) and our Delivery Teams
— plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements gathering, documentation, and validation with the Customers
— conduct meetings, presentations, and demos
— respond to functional questions of RFPs and RFIs
— work closely with our Global sales teams from Europe, MENA, North America and APAC and support pitching activities
