We are looking for a Head of Lead Generation, together with whom we will build an effective sales department with established processes.

✅ Essential Skills:

  • Advanced (C1) proficiency in English
  • Love for sales
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT sales
  • Proactivity and ability to find opportunities
  • Ability to work with analytics and focus on figures


  • Build and oversee department processes
  • Shape the work of outbound lead generation process
  • Formulate and execute sales plans
  • Control over correct contacts database management and rules of work with CRM
  • Generate a correct report for each of the KPIs
  • Work on the chain of messages/letters for each Buyer Persona
  • Conduct search and development of new channels for sales
  • Supervise and train the department
